switch-mail and Postfix (newbie)

Simple questions from my simple mind:

1.  Are all the packages listed at
http://fedora.redhat.com/projects/package-list/ in FC1?

2.  If #1 is true, then why do I get a command not found error when I issue
redhat-switchmail-nox?

3.  I don't see Postfix in the package list - Is it in FC1?  If not, best
place to get?

I now have my virtual hosts running, but I still can't access Webmin
(although I think it's installed properly and running), and I'd like to get
Postfix running.
