bittorrent gui

In the BitTorrent directory you'll find 'btdownloadheadless.py'.
You can run that from the command line as follows:

[root at localhost:~ #] BitTorrent-3.3/btdownloadheadless.py --responsefile
<filename name>.torrent

This will run a tty version of BitTorrent that doesn't have a GUI
dependency. It will expect a .torrent file in the current (home) directory,
so save the .torrent file to disk from your web browser.
