Hi Clint
   Thanks for the reply...I have tried the path to the Mozilla pluging 
but no joy and I have tried the /usr/java/plugin path to 
libjavaplugin_oji.so but although I see java script the applets do not 
come up..I have googled for this and found quite a lot of questions but 
no answers :-(
