As you see this is not lokkit but redhat-config-securitylevel. If you
start the so called "lokkit" it says it's name is
redhat-config-seruritylevel, so lokkit now is completely replaced
by/integrated into redhat-config-securitylevel, but it's not the
packages lokkit and gnome-lokkit anymore.
