We need a good and simple hardware database for Free Software users.

I think you all need to follow the advice of Exile in Paradise and read
"Linux Advocacy HOW-TO" at www.tldp.org. Even though I am very busy his
polite reply intrigued me so I read it.

I would also like to thank all the responders for re-enforcing my point.

Computers and software are tools *not* a religion. Companies don't have
ethics or morals, people do.
