mozex evolution expectations

I'm trying to integrate mozilla and evolution.  I'm close... maybe.  So
here I'd like to reiterate expectations.

When mozex does work, when I click on a mailto link evolution will
launch?  I have it set up per the list and it doesn't but it would be
good to know what it should do.

That good, but what I'd really like is for evolution to be the default
email client, i.e., when you hit mozilla mail and news I'd like it to
launch evolution; when you hit "send a page" I'd like it to launch
evolution.

Any help?
