Another solution

I used OUTPORT to extract data from OUTLOOK (UNOPENed because it asks
for which files and OUTLOOK will complain) and created an address book
(actually two files) for Ximian Evolution. These created files were then
just copied or moved into ~/evolution/local/Contacts on/in the Linux
box.

When you re-start Evolution you should see all of your Contacts.

Can be found at http://outport.sourceforge.net/

Hope this helps.
