Newbie: How to upgrade from Red Hat 9 to Fedora from hard disk

well then he would need to mount the .iso images.. now we're getting 
tricky and on a full upgrade/install  I would never take that chance. 
since if something goes wrong your plain HOSED.
that is why. :)
