dd if=/dev/zero of=ext2.img bs=1M count=620

Is there any real need for an ext3 filesystem opposed to an ext2?
Ext2 does support ACLs, doesn't it?

I recommend also the option -b 2048 (CDs use 2048 bytes sectors).

Also, add a -pad option, for some readers.
