Install on 32 meg celeron machine

of course, a default redhat/fedora on a 32megs machine will be extremely
slow and swap a lot to disk.   http://www.rule-project.org/en/index.php 
seems to be working on a workable redhat/fedora version for low memory
systems and probabyla good place to start for advice.
