Installing Fedora Outside First 4 GB

Some time - or even long time - ago lilo was unable to address beyond
cylinder 1024 (which was not a fix GB limiter).

Fedora, especially with grub as bootloader has not such limitation. Even
actual lilo does not have it anymore.
