Autorun and Nautilus

In the left block, at the top, click "Information". It should show a
menu with one selection being "tree". Select "tree" and you will then
see a left block of folders just like "explorer".

This left block selection will show folders and files. To see only
folders, go to the "Edit" menu and select "preferences". At the bottom
of the "view" tab, check "folders only".

Not sure about the autorun stuff.
