I suggest you find an old PC somewhere (I use P/100-type machines) and 
create a Linux-based firewall. If you haven't had the time to do so before 
mid-November, check back with me as I am starting to write a "10-Minute 
Home Firewall HOWTO" using Fedora on such a machine. I just got Fedora last 
night, and I hope to do most of the initial writing this weekend.
