gnome-panel drawers broken

Thanks Gene.  The rpm fixed part of my problem.  Now
my launchers actually launch something, and they have
their properties back too.

However, this did not fix the problem of the drawers
flying open every time my auto-hide panel appears. 
This is impressive, but annoying!
