kde-pim package/kpilot conduit support

Is there any chance that the kde-pim package is or could be compiled 
with the AvantGo libmal/malsync conduit included?

If not, is it possible that we could get the libmalconduit libraries put 
together as an RPM package, so that recompiling the kdepim SRPM with the 
malsync libraries isn't such a hassle?
