Metacity clicking to activate becomes moving

I'm seeing the same thing on an old P233 MMX / 96 MB RAM laptop (Toshiba 
Satellite 320CDT) with a Logitech FirstMouse+ PS/2 wheel mouse. This 
laptop is way below the recommended spec for a graphical workstation 
install though, so I assumed it just couldn't keep up with the mouse 
click events.
