RH9 -> to Fedora upgrade

It's probably not the most recommended way to upgrade, but all I did was
install yum, configure it to point to the Rawhide repository (now
Fedora) and did a "yum -y upgrade" ;)

I have three workstation-class machines running Fedora via upgrade from
RH8/9 using this method.  No problems as of yet.
