up2date --register || Error

Whenever I try to register my machine using `up2date --register` I get
the error listed below.  Any suggestions on how to fix this?  I'm
running Fedora Test Release 3 but I have manually updated yum/up2date in
order to get the appropriate paths for Fedora Core 1 (so I can
up2date).  But as you can see, I'm having problems.
