Purely whining without checking first:
   
   - just lower the time the developpers who can fix thing
     have to *actually* fix things
   - increase the Noise/Signal ratio on the list

Now if you just want us to to spend our time answering mail
instead of doing actual code and bugfixing, just go on, that's
quite efficient...
