request for help with XMULE

I have downloaded and installed XMULE (I could only find a mandrake
rpm): xmule-1.6.1-2.fr.i386.rpm. I seem to have it properly configured,
except how to change the "low-id" status.

Some assistance would be appreciated ... preferably *off-list* ...
as I do not wish to add to the already heavy traffic here. Yes,
I have viewed the edonkey page, but I seem to have gone into
"dummy mode" as to comprehending exactly what and how I
should re-configure the program settings.
