Up2date from local yum repository, no GPG

As and answer to one of the questions - about specifying local yum
repositories, I have the following in my /etc/yum.conf

[local]
name=Local RPMS
baseurl=file:///software/yum-local-rep

###############

The rpms are in /software/yum-local-rep/i386, aAnd I create the yum
header info as:

cd /software/yum-local-rep
yum-arch .
