recommendations on TIVO cards?

If you have a few hundred... the new ATI All-in-wonder 9800 pro has
binary drivers that now include TV out support.

Others have gotten the cheaper hauggue (I totally misspelled that) card
working as well, but I think thats just a tuner card.
