Fedora will be no different.. What did you have to do specifically that
you found made it a problem?
Minimum install, select specific packages apache (or httpd as they call
it now), php, php-mysql, mysql and mysql-server and you are done.. start
apache and mysql and you are ready to rock.. :)

Excellent advice..If unsure, test, test and test again just to make
sure.. At the end of the day everyone must choose the distro that suits
them for their specific needs..
