You need not worry about this misleading rootkit warning! The "chkrootkit" 
script checks for the presence of a "/usr/bin/run" executable which is part 
of the Fedora Core release as it was in the Severn beta releases but not in 
previous Red Hat Linux versions.
I informed author Nelson Murillo about this incompatibility about a month 
ago, and he will update the next release of the "chkrootkit" utility 
accordingly.
