Suggestion regarding "no subject"

Messages without subjects are a point of frustration for a lot of people.
Right up there with "It doesn't work" as a problem description.
What would it take for the list server to simply reject posts without a
subject back to the sender. That way the "no subject" message never gets
distributed.
It obviously doesn't prevent someone from using "no subject", but if
somebody does that intentionally they deserve to get "no reply" either. ;-)
I subscribe to some other lists that do this... it's simple and mildly
helpful. :-)
