I did have that file, but I did not use the installer properly.  After I
did, it worked.  Note, the following locations:

/usr/lib/mozilla/plugins
/usr/lib/mozilla-version/plugins
~/.phoenix/plugins

will not work.  The install script installed the files to

~/.mozilla/plugins

Weird.  I wish those mozilla guys would make up their minds.  Of course,
the install script may also have done other things which I have not
noticed which were the real determining factors . . .
