As a professional sysadmin, I don't think it's ethical, but it IS
legal; if the boss owns the mail system (or just the domain) he owns the
right to snoop on his employees.
Personally, I try not to look at the mail...once in a while I see
something that pisses me off, like the secretary making more money than
I do...but I won't be working for those geniuses again.
