XFS filesystem support in Fedora

Use the kernel/xfs-userland tools from ATrpms, install apt or yum,
and upgrade your system. All but perl installs fine (The perl rpm
should have obsoleted perl-CGI, perl-DB and two other small
modules, which was forgotten). Easy to adjust by hand.
