I wish Fedora would ship Gstreamer compiled with support for mp3 
playback, even if they do not include the mp3 playback.It would make it 
much easier to add it on later. Then it would possibly be a matter of 
adding the mp3 playing plugin, and the mp3 codec. Now it entails getting 
a whole new set of gstreamer plugins. Compiling gstreamer is also not 
the nicest of tasks.
