single entry point for rpm repositories

Hi all,

I tried to set up rpm repositories for yum, apt and up2date, and it's
not easy to do it without a lot of google. Are there any plans for a
(for example) web-based tool such as http://plf.zarb.org/~nanardon/ for
Mandrake ?

I wish i could help, but unfortunately my usage and understanding of
these tools is quite... poor :)
