Mozilla / Thunderbird problem

Ok... Let's talk plain English here again. 
How come I was able to run both on RH 8 and 9? 
I see no reason to not be able to run it on Fedora...

Simple answer: No chance. You cannot have both running at a time, for
they are both "mozilla".
