Ethernet card stops working after upgrade to FC1

You have one of the 3Com cards that uses the 3c59x driver. Kudzu and
the 3c59x driver that ships with FC1 do not play well together. The
simple solution is to turn off kudzu until you have a kernel which
doesn't have this problem.
