A working (?) yum.conf file.

There have been a few people here asking for yum.conf files that work.

I've compiled a yum.conf file that contains several repositories, but 
I'm fairly new to fedora and yum, so I don't know if there are any 
potential problems with this.

At any rate, it seems to work for me, and I hope others find it useful :)
