This is normal. These are 3 different package *names*, so no
problem for updating, as updating of packages is related to
package *versions* and/or *releases*. Changing the package names
by adding a version is an old trick to be able to have specific
versions of a package installed in parallel.
These 3 variants are there for compatibility reasons.
