Bad NTP in Fedora repository?

Yep, the dual install looks like an up2date problem.  I've never relied on up2date;
I mirror the RPM's and run RPM by hand, so I didn't see this problem.
One thing I did was merge the ntp.conf and ntp.conf.rpmnew to create
an updated ntp.conf file, picking up the new driftfile location.
