Game of Life

So Eric Raymond has proposed the "glider" emblem from the game of life
the "hacker" emblem [2], but sadly, Fedora does not include the game of
life anywhere I can see. Last time I ran the game of life was on a Sparc
SunOS system.

I found "gol v0.0.2" as a source download from tucows, but it did not
(immediately) build on FC1. Anyone know of a Game of Life simulator that
runs (or is available) for FC1 or Redhat?
