RSYNC Fedora

Hey all,
Anybody have a reliable rsync for fedora updates?

Planetmirror seem to have vanished RH and Fedora from their servers
and rsync from ibiblio.org repeatedly hangs, we dont have required
bandwith to be an official mirror (but we like to mirror the stuff for our
local area with our peering) so we dont feel we should bother the parent
official mirror admins for access, the site doesnt have to be fast, just
reliable :)
