Raid reconstruction on boot

I have a problem with raid 5 stopping the local disk mount after a power
off (crash) shutdown until after it rebuilds it journals or whatever it
does. RH9 rebuilds in the background but FC1 waits for the rebuild
(takes about 15 minutes!) then continues to load. FYI I boot from sda5
SATA but the raid is a separate 6G split into 3 partitions mounted as
/shared. (Upgrade from RH9 on HT 3.0G Intel)
