You shouldn't need to remove any addresses at all. Your mail reader
should not ignore the "Reply-To:" setting which always points back to
the list address. A capable mail client has a separate "Reply to all"
feature. You should not include the message originator either. Someone
who posts to this list is subscribed and gets your reply via the list
already.

Only in urgent matters, a subscriber will ask for Cc mails explicitly
to not suffer from any list delivery delays.
