unpacked SRPMs for updates

My rpms that get pushed to people.redhat.com also get unpacked so 
that people can download just the spec file or patches, etc that 
they are interested in.  I do this mainly, so that distributions 
like Debian, FreeBSD, and others can easily steal patches without 
having to dig into rpm packages to get them, but others may also 
find them useful too.

Not possible yet, and wont probably be for a while until the 
proper infrastructure can be put into place.  Hopefully this will 
occur during Fedora Core 2 development.
