There was a way to enable wvdial for non-root user by putting USERCTL=yes in /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/ifcfg-ppp0 ( I found it in google ), but I can't find the file ifcfg-ppp0 in FC1, which file should I use to put USERCTL=yes to meet my desire? Thanks for help.
