Open up your eyes:

$ grep -n "Include conf.d" /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
211:Include conf.d/*.conf

$ ls -al /etc/httpd/conf.d/*.conf
-rw-r--r--  1 root root   401 10. Nov 16:40 /etc/httpd/conf.d/php.conf
...
