Taming the mailing lists?

Different mailing lists?  I prefer bigger categories, that way you don't
get so many off-topic posts because a person couldn't decide where to put
it.

Won't happen because of people like me that won't use a forum.  Given the
choice of a forum or nothing I generally use nothing.
