static routes after reboot

yes running the route command by hand does install the correct routes.  I
had a look at the file /etc/init.d/network and it seems that it only looks
for entries in /etc/sysconfig/static-route that begin with the 'any'
keyword, which makes sense.  Formatting the line as follows would install
the correct routes after a reboot:

any -net 203.7.193.0 netmask 255.255.255.0 gw 203.4.205.0

Anyway, i ended up taking your advice and created the file
/etc/sysconfig/network-scripts/route-eth0 and added the route entries there,
which worked nicely.
