I feel a bit silly now.  The main fedora repository has the latest
version:

up2date spamassassin

Mozilla 1.6 has bayesian nicely integrated, as will the next major
release of Evolution.  Unfortunately, my users use
Eudora/Outlook/Outlook Express.  They don't seem to want to change and
one of them is my boss, so...
