Stick your FC1 install CD 1 in and boot off that into rescue mode.  Then you 
can reinstall your kernel rpm.   Don't worry, people have gotten themselves 
out of tighter spots (admittedly by eating their shipwrecked companions, but 
anyway, chin up).
