It is called IP Masquerading, but only in the Linux world - elsewhere it is
called NAT... Have a look at ipchains or iptables in order to accomplish what
you're doing. I don't recall the particulars, but I remember it being fairly
easy to do... there may even be a GUI tool for it these days...
