Grab the SRPMs, boot the new kernel in runlevel 3, and "rpmbuild
--rebuild --target <arch> nvidia-driver-1.0.5336-0.lvn.3.1.src.rpm".  The
result will be
kernel-module-nvidia-2.4.22-1.2179.nptl-1.0.5336-0.lvn.3.1.<arch>.rpm,
nvidia-driver-debuginfo-1.0.5336-0.lvn.3.1.<arch>.rpm,
nvidia-glx-1.0.5336-0.lvn.3.1.<arch>.rpm,
and nvidia-glx-devel-1.0.5336-0.lvn.3.1.<arch>.rpm.  These work fine and
they'll serve until livna is back in production.
