Booting stops with 2.6.5-Kernel

That's no problem. I am not using yum and up2date. I installed atrpm and
I am using apt-get to install software.
The kernel was not replaced, it's just a new entry in the boot-menu. I
will wait for a new release of a kernel, because I just don't know where
to start to search.
