Building From SRPMs

Well, the rpm-build package could come with a normal user for building
RPMs. But it constructs the /usr/src/redhat directory hierarchy.

The documentation explains how to copy the /usr/src/redhat structure to
a user's home, change the permissions and set up a user .rpmmacros file.
